2.Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth operation of labeling machines. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems promptly.
3.Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits as needed. Guide customers through troubleshooting procedures and offer solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
4.Training: Train customers on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques for labeling machines. Conduct training sessions to educate customers on machine operation and safety protocols.
5.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and repair tickets. Document equipment configurations and changes for future reference.
6.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering high-quality service and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner. Act as a liaison between customers and the company, conveying customer feedback and requirements to the appropriate departments.
7.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest technology trends and developments in labeling machinery. Provide feedback to engineering and product development teams to help improve the design, performance, and reliability of our products.
Qualifications:
- Technical certification or degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a field service technician or similar role, preferably in the packaging or machinery industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, diagrams, and manuals.
- Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and other automation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
