Label Counters
Aztro model 300CA Label Counter
Built from extruded aluminium and stainless steel to Australian high standards, these machines are available as left or right hand models. The label rolls can be rewound automatically. The speed of the label counter can be adjusted to match production requirements.
The state-of-the-art rewinding module with servo drive ensures accurate and consistent label counting. Most label types can be handled without change parts.
All machine controls and settings are set with intuitive touch control panel, mounted on the machine. The Aztro range of label counters have a PLC control, they can be fitted with a range of options to include, Thermal printer to print our label count, label inspection systems and a web break detector.
